2,30 kg Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (3,9 EBC) 45,5 %
1,00 kg Melanoiden Malt (39,4 EBC) 19,8 %
1,00 kg Pale Malt, Maris Otter (5,9 EBC) 19,8 %
0,65 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (131,0 EBC) 12,9 %
0,10 kg Special B Malt (354,6 EBC) 2,0 %
33,00 g Goldings, East Kent [5,00 %] - FWH
20,00 g Fuggle [4,50 %] - Fervura 5,0 min
US-05

SRM: 32,0 EBC
IBU: 21,6 IBUs
OG: 1,050 SG
FG: 1,009 SG
BU:GU: 0,428

While that looks like a good beer, it's not what I think of as Irish Red.
If I wanted an Irish Red based off this, Instead of Pils and Melanoidian, I'd add more MO. Then I'd used the traditional Roasted Barley instead of Special B. Then just for personal taste I'd swap the fuggle and EKG timing or go all EKG. Some of us don't care for fuggle aroma.
