For my last few brews, I have put my irish moss into an electric pepper mill set to grind as finely as possible. I have sieved the irish moss with a fine sieve and anything caught in the sieve is put back through the mill.

As regular readers know I usually bottle after 4 to 7 days, and I am sure I am now getting beers that clear faster with much better clarity.

Would somebody like to replicate this technique to see if the effect is genuine.

Things like mash temp and time, water treatment, abv, SMASH recipes, are all constant.
