Best beer I've had in a while...Jai Alai with white oak. I cannot find a clone recipe online...maybe just use the regular Jai Alai IPA clone recipe and add white oak chips in secondary? I'm just wondering of they changed up the grain/hop bill to introduce the oak?

I heard a pod cast with Cigar City Brewing mid 2010. They gave out the Jai Alai recipe. The main point is they talked about their Humidor Series which had the Jai Alai with Spanish Cedar. They said it was the exact same recipe just with Spanish Cedar. I'm sure the recipe has changes in 7 or 8 years. I'd ask the horse.
