Hello experts -

I used a brewers best IPA kit for my first IPA. It turned out OK. It is hoppy and tastes good. One issue though. When I pour it into a glass, it just forms up crazy. Don't know why. I know was very clean making the beer and I used priming sugar in the whole batch before bottling it. Any ideas why it would form up? Let me know.

Usually means over carbed or uneven carb in different bottles, in my experience. Due to inefficient mixing of corn sugar while bottling OR lots of left over yeast that was still working, hence it's still fermenting in your bottles so BOOM.

How long did you ferment and did you take gravity readings?
