That will work.

For my tastes, I would use rye or wheat instead of munich, traditional bitter with the Magnum, and then for the 9 oz. remaining hops, utilize 4 oz. for the hopstand, and 5 oz. for the dryhop. More late hops for an 11 gallon batch would make it better.

And I would try to finish as low as possible, i.e. 1.008-1.010 FG territory.
