I've got a Yooper's 60 Min IPA clone kegged since April. I carbed it, had a few beers and then stopped drinking it to save it for a party on June 18th. Turned off the Co2 to it.

Just tasted it and it's list its carbonation!

Was it because I only took a small sample and it took what was in the line?

Could it have lost its carbonation just from sitting?

Will it recover?

This is scaring me! Got 75 people coming!

Im no Keg guy but the science behind CO2 says it can be carbed up again by force any time, many times. Rather it will taste the same as before or not is debatable...But it certainly can be carbed up again.

What do you have to loose, go for it.....But you obviously have a leak somewhere for it to loose it in the first place.

Sounds as if you have a leak in your keg or line some where.
Check your lid gasket & poppets in both posts. Also, check your quick disconnects and their connections to the lines.

Could be the beer in the line went flat. Pour at least 1/2 a pint to check carbonation. If it has gone flat, put it back on CO2 immediately to get it ready for the party.

Brew on :mug:
