It's always interesting to see who owns who in the commercial/retail world.
 
Interesting they say San Miguel is parent company for Founders, but Founders sold only 30% of the company to them. I don't think that makes San Miguel the parent company. They helped pay off a bit of expansion and hopefully give some distribution in Europe (Unless I'm mistaken).

This is what I thought when I saw Terrapin listed. They sold 21% of the company to MillerCoors, but I wouldn't say MillerCoors makes their beers.
