Insects in Starsan

Last week I mixed up five gallons of Starsan. At one point it was in the garage for a couple hours. When I brought it in there were a few dead bugs in it; I skimmed them out and didn't give it much thought.

Recently though I saw a thread here that seemed to say that fruit flies contaminate Starsan. Should I flush it and make new?

As a risk-adverse brewer I always try to cut my losses before they happen
And at the cost of an ounce of Star San and five gallons of RO water I would dump it and make up a fresh batch...
