Hello guys I'm building my pid temp controller and I'm having a problem with my probe.
It's all wired up correctly, I've hooked up the k type probe it came with and it worked fine, however this wasn't waterproof. When I've wired up my ntc probe the pv value counts backwards. Even though the temperature is rising.

I have the pid set for the correct I believe, it's set a 0 for the input type.

Any help would be appreciated
Cheers
Lee

I recently purchased an InkBird PID myself. Prior to receiving it, I downloaded a manual off the website and received a small paged manual/ quick guide with the PID itself. Obviously your probe wires are reversed and did you include a jumper across two of the three probe connections? You can contact inkbird thru the website and they will reply with an answer quickly. I had to program an offset of 8 degrees C and they provided clarification with the manuals with my thermocouple setting
