Ingredient shelf life?

I have had some ingredients laying around for 2 1/2 weeks and wondering how long they will last. Want to get started brewing another batch this weekend and wanted to know if these ingredients are still good, Pellet hops, Liquid DME, and Specialty grains for steeping. The hops have been in the fridge if that matters.

They'll probably of been sat at the HBS longer than that.

Thanks, by the way should I put pellet hops in a steeping bag or just throw them in the wort?
