I hate being 'that guy' who posts the 'is this infected' question, but I had my first blowoff the other day and I didn't notice it for about 12 hrs. This left my fermentation vessel exposed to the air, and while I've been pouring over infection threads for the past two days, I haven't come across anything that looks quite like this. So...infected or not?

If it makes a difference, this was a hefeweizen with Wyeast 3068.

Wait for the krausen to fall. If you are still unsure then post another picture. I would be willing to bet that it will be just fine. RDWHAHB.

Looks fine to me. Looks like fermentation is still going on.
