I already know the answer to the question, but want to have other eyes and opinions. Infected?
These are part of a 15 G batch I brewed about 1 month ago, I kegged 5 Gal about 2 weeks ago, and these two were left, i just only got around to kegging them and surprise surprise!
What I think happened: All three 5-gal batches were sitting at about 62F for 3 weeks, and i did a diacetyl rest where i went to about 70F for a couple of days. I kegged 1 batch and left the others fermenting, however, I went back to about 60F, This is where i think things got funky
I may just dump both
