This my 4th batch so far. All went well so far. Looking at the picture, does it look/is it infected? Ive looked at other pictures of infected wort but Im really unsure. Thanks!

It doesn't look like it's infected to me but I'm new at this too. From what I have read even if it is infected it can still turn out rather well. As far as I can tell and from research I have done that doesn't look. It just looks like year working and releasing CO2.

Thanks for the hasty reply guys! I was ready to bottle it as soon as i got a few response haha.
 
I think it looks great. It's relatively hard to get your beer infected in the primary. The beer is too acidic for some of the agents to infect, it has too much alcohol for others, and the covering of CO2 that it produced will keep out all the rest.
 
In the top half of the 1st pic,that broken ice pack lookin' stuff is how I've seen lacto infections start. but overall,it looks good to bottle as long as the FG is stable & within range.
