Hi everyone,

I'm one batch down, waiting another week for my bottles to be ready. And I'm super excited to keep it going. My question now is: Are there any ingredient kits that are in the $20 range or cheaper? Most of the Brewers Best kits are like $40 and that seems like the same range as most others. Any ideas? Can I just get a can of Malted Extract and Dextrose? Or do I need something else?

Thanks for the help guys. I know there are probably threads like this out there but my searching doesn't seem to be up to par just yet...(I promise I looked though!)

I've noticed that the cheaper kits have gone up at The supply sites. But northern brewer has some for around $20.

NB has a few in that range.

Some other things to think about are ordering more than 1 kit at a time to spread shipping.

Order 2 or more kits that take the same yeast and harvest to save even more.

This way you can potentially buy more expensive kits than you budget will allow

RiteBrew.com

has some but I have yet to try any. They do have some supporters on the board.
