Hello fellow brewers! I'd like to share my imperial black IPA recipe with you all! I plan on entering it in some contests hopefully soon, it's received some great feedback from some professional brewers I know, I am thinking of making a change from using cascade to using mosaic on my next batch!

Incognito IPA:

10 lbs Pale Malt
11.5 oz Chocolate Malt
5.8 oz Cara/Crystal 80L
5.8 oz Carafa III
2 lbs Belgian Candi Sugar
1 oz Warrior (60 min)
2 oz Cascade (15 min)
2 oz Cascade (10 min)
1 oz Irish Moss (10 min)
2 oz Cascade (5 min)
1 oz Australian Galaxy (Dry Hop for 2 weeks)

Wyeast 1318 (London Ale III)

OG: 1.080
FG: 1.014
IBU: 72.5
SRM: 30.6
ABV: 8.66%

What style do you plan to enter it as and how do you and will you describe it? I think that could greatly affect your scores. The Belgian candi sugar, British yeast if estery, and decent percentage of chocolate if the roast is perceivable all seem like they'd get knocks if simply tagged as an Imperial Black IPA. But I don't have the luxury of tasting it.
