I have done a dry Irish stout kit. It turned out alright. Under carbonated but that was my fault.
I'm also having a problem searching for recipes and I'm not sure why.
Now I'm looking for a stout style I'd prefer. I do like oatmeal stout (st ambroise is probably one of my favourite), but I'm not sure how easy that is as I haven't done any mashing (and honestly not sure I have equipment for it).
If I could get its either with a coffee or chocolate flavour in it would be ideal. Granted at this point I'm not opposed to to getting anything going.
While I will love to do an imperial or double style. Currently I'm looking at getting something done on the quicker side. And I will be bottling in it matters.
