Ok my buddy just lost his dog named Willard. He was a real pain in the ass but a great dog. He was a a frat boy stuck in a dogs body. so I wanted to brew a malt liquor in his honor please help me build a recipe! Anything goes!
 
I don't know if you do all grain, this looks good...

He was a spaniel and was dirty blonde. Thanks beeber that looks fun i just realized i have only done a few pils and like you my first attempt was terrible! Can you use an ale yeast? What was your fermentation temps and how long?
 
Ale yeast will work fine for this. Wyeast 1056 is a very clean strain. Keep the temperature below 70 degrees and you'll be fine.
