I have a christmas ale in a secondary fermentor, glass carboy. There is an off white foam that has been slowly forming at the top of the liquid over the last couple days. I added 2 tsp of cinnamon to the secondary before I racked the beer into it the carboy. I plan to bottle in 3 days. Is this foam an issue or just normal business? This is my first secondary fermentation. Also there are still bubbles coming through the airlock at a slow rate. Less than one per minute. I would appreciate any help.

did you check the gravity with your hydrometer before you racked into secondary to make sure fermentation was complete? It sounds like the yeast was still fermenting when you racked. No worries though, it will finish fermenting in secondary, but will take longer to finish and clear up. I would hold off on the bottling for another week just to make sure.
