I'm looking to do an imperial eggnog stout for the holidays this year. I'm thinking of starting with a good imperial milk stout recipe and then adding rum, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla. Something in the neighborhood of Southern Tier Creme Brulee, but more distinctly eggnogg-y.
Thoughts? Anyone do this already and have a good recipe?
