Here we review a 7.8% Imperial Blonde which was fermented with the new White Labs Pure Pitch Next Generation Packaging, and of course, share the recipe. It's a bit of a dangerous beer because it doesn't taste like it's nearly 8%. The recipe is all Grain / Biab and No Chill.
