I have 5 gallons of vanilla porter that is really ready to be bottled or kegged. I have two 3 gallon mini kegs. I'm low on bottles! I best start drinking some of this beer! Anyways, I want to put the 5 gallons in the two kegs but they may sit 2-3 months. Could I add corn sugar to start carbonation? Not the 4-5 ounces per the norm for bottling but...? This way I would have two mini kegs ready to pop into my mini kegerator, carbonated. Call me stupid if you must. I'm thinking sugar in the kegs is a bad thing. Anyone have ideas? Thank you!
