Howdy guys, tis been a while.
I took a break from homebrewing while finishing up school and moving about from Oregon to Germany, Germany to Oregon, Oregon to Washington, Washington to Oregon, and now settling somewhat here in New Mexico for now. It's time to get the hands back into the grain bucket.
My roommate works for the local brewery here in town, and of whom have agreed to let us use their equipment for making 20 gallon batches and kegging. That sounds pretty exciting, especially since they think I'm royalty coming from the Willamette Valley!
That said, I'm spreading the good Word and teaching a group of 6 next week on how to brew and create new recipes. Some first timers, others mildly experienced.
Anywhoots, glad to be back! Cheers all,
