I'm doing my first two AG batches in pretty quick succession comming up in the next few weeks (SWMBO has fam in town currently). I want to do two Ales, both will be primary drinkers during the summer months. One APA/IPA for myself, and a standard (almost SMASH) type ale for SWMBO..I need something to hook her on homebrew as she is still slow to step into the light.
I bought: 25lbs of GW 2-row
1lb of GW 40L Crystal
1lb of CMC Munich
I also have a packet of US-05 hanging around for one of the batchs. Hops/yeast/other specialty grains are up to you folks!
