Just bottled last night, I had started as a Pliny Clone attempt but my all-grain skills are a little weak so after the short batch size, low efficiency and US-05 tearing through it like a bandit and with no temp control, I decided just to finish it off with french press hop tea (it wasnt going to be Pliny anyway). It tasted amazing at bottling, Im interested to see how the maltodextrin affects it once its carbed and cold. I didn't taste any fusels around the ibus but we'll see if they show their ugly faces over time.
