Need some help with ideas from you more experienced keezer designers/builders.

I recently moved my stand alone keezer from the basement to a new "drink nook" that we have in our kitchen. It looks and works great, but i have a fixed tap situation with the tap riser attached to the counter that does not hinge up. I am looking for creative ways to be able to pull the keezer from below the counter while maintaining the tap lines. I have thought about cutting the lid in half and just sliding it on. Wondering if anyone has solved this problem more creatively.

Thanks!

I built(rebuilt) a fridge from scratch. It took me a while to get going.
1. find a fridge that has a big back cooling plate
2. be aware that the lines are in the wall both sides and a line that transition from one side to another
3. expect it would take time to get the lines and compressor intact
4. build a insulated box that matches the space, make sure you measure the space for compressor, make sure you have room to ventilate
5. the rest is a breeze :)

You can do it!
