So I've got a load of odds and sods of hops and grain. See attached pic of my audit (if you can read my scrawl).

Any ideas what I can brew? Looking to use up as much as possible, ideally with making an order for yeast and that's it.

Get 4.5Kg marris otter, some English yeast and use up a lot of that specialty malt and hops to make yourself a stout.

I'd look at it in terms of what are the least flexible ingredients. I'm no great fan of Target as a hop, so I'd be looking to get rid of that, and the barleys point to a stout of some kind, at a pinch you could make a stouty mild. So I'd start with that, then you're pretty flexible - but a best bitter or maybe something British but stronger looks plausible.

You will need some base malt though.
