I'm not very technical, so I need a dummy proof system setup.
I've already got the pump, and a copper submersible wort cooler, which I think can be easily transfered into my HLT to make recirculate wort through to keep it at the proper temp.
I'm looking for specific, easy to use temperature monitors and controls that can A) automatically cycle the pump up and down to maintain a specific temperature of the wort. B) Use a heat stick with a set it and forget it temperature guage. Basically, I could just say 155 degrees, and boom, the heat stick maintains that temperature.
What are my options? Specific links to stuff on ebay or a hbs would be appreciated
