Ideas for a small trial Hefeweizen twist....

So I love this Bavarian Hefeweizen I have in primary right now. I intend on bottling 4 gallons, and racking the final gallon into secondary with something to give a flavor variation for s@$$s and giggles/ future prospects. What ya got fellow brewsters?

Look up DubbelDachs watermelon wheat here on HBT... I also like the Blood Orange hefe recipe in Caglione's Extreme Brewing
