So awhile back I was trying to brew chamomile tea wine. I put the chamomile into cold water in a half gallon jug. At the time I had no sugar or yeast to get the fermentation started so I let it sit for quite some time. Mind you it sat just chamomile tea for like a month! Then one night while drinkin I thought Id add sugar ! So I did But when I opened the cap it shot off like a rocket ! Even though no fermentation could have taken place! So I added Two cups of sugar and let it go for like 2 months. The crap smelled so bad and I thought I was gonna get botulism from it! One night I decided I wanted to get a buzz and drink it like weeks later. So I did and it tastes so horrible I thought I was gonna die! Anyway fast forward to today... Me and my girlfriend go to Martins and get some Kimabachu tea to try out. We get in the car and that smell and taste was exactly how I remembered it from my chamomile tea wine! So I mustave created the stuff accident? It still baffle a me lol

cheers Isaac
