I've never had the hots for her, but she was a total badass in that movie. You could see her character develop through the movie.

Along those lines, I enjoyed Noomi Rapace as the lead in the franchise movie Prometheus, although Charlize Theron really gets the boner award for her role in that film. She doesn't qualify for this list, just had to mention her.
