She's cute, absolutely. What I meant was... in an office environment, unless you're working for a porn studio pretty much every woman in the office is going to be upgraded by two or three notches. A "5" walking down the street is an "7" when she's in the next cubicle, an "8" on a lazy Friday afternoon. It's like young women who go to comic book conventions and suddenly get treated like supermodels.

EDIT: It's context. It's the same effect as the first 50° day in March, it feels like the middle of summer, you're wearing a t-shirt and shorts. But, the first time it hits 50° in the fall, you're looking for the winter coat. That's the same as the "Pam Effect."
