I recently made a cream ale and knew something was wrong with it because it didn't smell the same as others. It was in the Primary for 3 weeks and I wasn't sure what to do so I siphoned off to the secondary where it is now.
I was cleaning up the other day and came across a one ounce of Crystal pellets.(60 minutes) I know I only had pack so I am sure I didn't add them. Is there anything I can do? Dry hop maybe. I could drink this now but I ,m not sure I would enjoy it

Try boiling them in a gallon of the fermented beer (in a bag) for an hour then cool and keg it all or syphon to the bottling bucket together. You won't get the same hop utilization and there's oxidation risk, but you'll probably salvage the beer

I would definitely look to get some bitterness from them. Not sure how to do this, but it I'm sure it is like a bitter hop tea.

your best bet is to boil them with your priming sugar. Utilization won't be great and you'll have to boil for longer than you normally would with priming but I believe its your best bet. maybe boil for 30 min adding the hops at beginning of boil and priming sugar half way through.
