I just used 2 ounces in a nugget nectar clone. But that won't be ready until July, so i hope i like them since it too late to change now.

What have you used them in, and what was the flavor/aroma profile like?

The two times I've use the hop I LOVED it. I am going to be using it a lot more and likely subing it any place I would have used cascade. I did a Nugget Nectar clone with it and a IPA with and really enjoyed both. I checked my LHBS and they didn't have any the other day or I'd use it in my next brew which I'm planning to be an IPA.

I pair palisade with summit in my IPA which is quite red as well and is a huge hit. I love it.. I must admit I love the summit even more.

Glad to hear it, I have my first beer with palisades (an oat pale ale of sorts) sitting with .5 oz of palisade dry hops. I'm planning on bottling it later this week. I've been trying to go out of my way to try some of the hop varieties I have never tried recently. I really enjoyed glacier in my previous batch.

Bump.

Just made a Maris Otter, Palisade SMaSH.

This is my first smash, did 1 gallon with a OG of 1.072 and 1.5 oz Hops. Kinda shotgun but I'll keep posted.

152 Mash, 167 mashout, 170 sparge

.165 FWH
.165 60 min
.33 15 min
.33 0min
.5 dry hop.

Thinking about another in the next few days with Amarillo. Any suggestions on the malt?
