I put wort in the fermenter before water.

Pretty much the only mistake I made in today's brew. Everything else was done with proper sanitation, temperature, duration, etc.

Poured 2.8 gallons wort into fermenter.
Added 2.2 gallons water. (A LOT OF BUBBLES!)
Pitched yeast.
Agitated, then stirred.
Sealed with blow off tube.

I know I made a bunch of boo-boos, but should I RDWHAHB or is the paranoia warranted?

Did you measure and write down your specific gravity after you added the water?

I measured the OG of the wort before adding water and adjusted the value based on an online calculator (http://www.brewersfriend.com/dilution-and-boiloff-gravity-calculator/)

You're fine, even if you didn't take a specific gravity reading.
