After my last brewing day went horribly wrong (girlfriend over and we got distracted, unfortunately not in the fun way. ;)) Things went sour... didn't finish. Since then I just haven't been able to get it together to brew another batch. So I need help! I need motivation, post up pictures of your filled carboys and tell me what you have going! :D

I think carboy pics are overrated, so here's my latest creation in a glass...Northern brewer witbier:

Why not finish it as a Lactic Sour? And I'd post you some pictures...but I'd say the bst Motovation I can give you would be just having a Good Micro Beer and knowing damn good and well...YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

NOW...Get Off Your Duff! Stop Being A Panzy! BREW MAN BREW!

GO! GO! GO!

1. 2. 3. 4. HOME BREW! :D

Now get out there and make some beer!

A (soon-to-be) delicious Belgian White. In the closeup of the Krausen you can see bits or Coriander and Orange Zest dancing with the yeast!

Since I'm a n00b, I've only been able to commandeer the living room closet for fermentation and storage so far (in addition to my garage space for brewing).

I'll be upgrading to one of the double hallway closets soon and expanding my capacity 2x!! :mug:

Which CB is that? It's in fantastic shape, very nice. I rode a '74 CB550 with the 4 pipes just like that for a year or two in the mid 80s. That thing was great for a starter street bike.

It's a '77 cb550k. My dad bought it off a freind like 10 years ago and it just sat in sheds and garages the entire time because he could never get it running well enough to not foul plugs. So I got motivated and rippped her apart... and then ripped it apart again.... and again... well you get the point :cross:
She only has 7,300 miles!!!!! and I have been riding her for a year now so I think when I started there were 5-6000 miles on it.

It was a smokin deal!

Biermuncher, every time you post a picture of that chest freezer full of kegs, I get an insane urge to go drink beer. You're an enabler, that's what you are! :D

And with Brewpastor's conical fermenter, this is rapidly turning into a beer pron thread.
