You're OK. Time is relative. The general rule in my neighborhood is any time after noon. If you had gotten up at 9 am and worked for three hour then it would be noon. See, time is relative, or is it irrelevant. Looks like a stout or porter, which is a good breakfast beer.

On some occasions I will have a coffee, caramel, caffeinated breakfast stout...with eggs and bacon...for breakfast!

Besides you can't drink all day unless you start in the morning.

Two suggestions: take a collegiate approach or take a shower. The former is that you're starting a bit late and the later is just a GREAT way to start off a day. Shower beers are wonderful things.

I'd also have to echo the sentiment that if you've been up for a while, its unseemly for the world to drink because they've been lazy, but for you, its a well earned luxury

The earliest I ever had a drink was about 6am. That was at a football tailgate where we were pouring Irish Coffee to stay warm. The beer came out about 9am. Of course, back in the Dark Ages (college), I was known to still be drinking at 6am - but that wasn't starting early, it was going late.

Ah - good times.

My liver and I have a love/hate relationship. I love beer, it hates me.

On closer inspection you DO have a serious problem... Stop drinking up all my damn Swartz Bier! I thought that bottle looked familiar... Those fliptops are my biggest sin. I have a REAL hard time NOT buying them just for the bottle. The bonus is the beer inside tastes good to... the same can not be said for all fliptops...

There is no problem at all. Who gives a **** what time you start drinking? As long as you don't have to be at work or busy with parenting duties I say have at it!!

Why is it that rich, snobby people can have bloody mary's and mimosa's in the morning and they are being "classy"? But when we drink beer in the morning we're alcoholics? Up theirs, live a little and enjoy your beer without regret.

I don't get the urge to drink until the afternoon/evening.

Drinking before noon doesn't mean you have a drinking problem.

I think I need a beer now.

Cheers!

I'm glad I'm good to go!

i had that one then w took the kids to the pool for 7 hours!

and yes that Is a swartz bottle... and yes they is a porter... and yes i buy them to reuse...and once again...yes I'm to dam lazy to delabel!!

Aren't grains at the base of the food pyramid meaning they should comprise the largest portion of your daily food? I just prefer to get my grains in liquid form.:D

Really, unless drinking in the morning interferes with other obligations who cares what time it is.

Pretend you work a night shift then drinking in the morning is really drinking in the evening.

A lot of people consider coffee an adult beverage and it is socially acceptable to drink it when you wake up, so I say so is beer.

Yes you need help. You need to hydrate BEFORE you start working in the yard. If you start hydrating 3 hours after you start working, you'll likely be dehydrated the entire day.

Bacon and beer ftw.

Our rule in college for game days was if you hadn't quit from the night before then you could keep going otherwise the keg was tapped at 10, unless it was an early game then the keg was tapped as soon as the first person sober enough to work the tap was awake
