So i wanna make a new beer but can't think of one to make next. Maybe a good summer beer. Give some input of what you think or maybe a beer that just seems like everyone could go for.

It's not really a summer beer, but my next beer will be a neapolitan stout.

For a 5 gallon batch I'm using 8 oz. cocoa powder in the boil, racking to secondary on 4 lbs. strawberries and I'm adding 1 oz. vanilla extract at bottling. If this all works well together I'll make some changes to the recipe with cacao nibs and vanilla beans.

Do something different in your technique like use two different yeasts or something that you've read about but haven't trid like using speise (sp) to carb your beer...oh and milds are nice summer beers,.".

i like the idea of a saison. Got any good recipes for one? I've considered something along the lines of a lemon hefe but not to sure about it. And as far as stouts go, im not to big into them. It just depends on stout. I want a beer that i will drink multiple glasses of. Stouts i can only have a few typically and them im scraping my tongue off.

+1 on Milds for the summer. Keep the ABV under 4% and go easy on the hops. You'll have a session beer that will be gone long before summer gets here. (As in here in Oregon. Still in the low 40s over-night)
