So, I let St. patty's day go by without kegging my Irish red. It just didn't finish up and clear enough. Patience is a virtue so they say.
Friday night I decide it's finally ready. Cold crash for 48 hours and it's looking great.
Last night I decide to keg.
Wash out a corney that I just finished and fill with about 2 gal boiling water.
Let set for 10 min, run out lines, shake and drain.
Fill and take final hydro sample(1.008). Taste hydro, Yummy, can't wait to carb.
Cap the corney, force carb @ 30# for 3 min then back off to 15#.
Go to bed. 3am wake up and remember I didn't purge the keg.

I hope I didn't just ruin 5 gal of a great beer!
