I have theses ingredients. What can I brew

I have 6lb amber lme, 2packages each of cascade and centennial hops, 4lb Carapils, and notty yeast. I also have a lot of extra light Dme, but want to get rid of the amber lme.

Please help!

Go with this
6lb amber for 30min boil.
Cascade for full boil 1oz
Centennial last 10min 1oz
Cool strain most hops when putting in carboy
Add notty yeast starter
If you have yeast nutrient add last 10min boil

I know this seems basic but guarantee to be good.
Add addition 2lb of lme if you want a strong beer.
