I have a sack of German Pilsner Malt... and I want to brew Oktoberfest...
I had aspirations of brewing some German pilsners early this year, but right now I want to brew German Oktoberfest/Märzen...
Is it acceptable to use the Pilsner Malt for this style? If not, what grain am I looking for?
