I have a question about Bottling Belgian bottles

Is it ok to use the Champagne Wire Hoods to cork Belgian bottles? My LHBS had only one variety of Wire hoods.

I didn't realize there were different cages. As long as it covers the cork and fits under the lip, I can't see why not! Champagne typically has about equal if not more carbonation than your typical belgians. You should be fine.
