I brewed an imperial IPA 3 weeks ago and needed some citra hops and all my LHBS had was a whole pound of citra pellets. So i bought it obviously and only used about 4 ounces. Then a week later I wanted to used the rest so I made just a regular IPA and used 4 more ounces. I'm pretty new to homebrewing so this experience made me realize that a pound of hops is a freaking butt load of hops. So now I'm faced with what to do with the other 8 ounces considering I'm already fermenting 10 gallons of super hoppy beer. Does anyone have any suggestions what else citra hops would taste good in? I don't want these hops to go bad so I just wanted to think of different ways to use them.
