I dare all of you to try this recipe out. It is absolutely ridiculously flavorful and aromatic. Everything I look for in an IPA and this is an easy drinker! Perfect summer IPA! And to those who think only 2 oz. of dry hops is not enough......just try it, the 30 min. whirpool gives this beer almost all the aroma it needs.:rockin:


Double Dipper IPA


Method: All Grain Style: American IPA
Boil Time: 60 min Batch Size: 5.25 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 6.75 gallons Efficiency: 70% (brew house)
Boil Gravity: 1.042 (recipe based estimate)



Original Gravity:1.054

Final Gravity:1.010

Looks really good. I love me some mosaic hops. Our last batch was a "smash" with MO and lots of mosaic. Used Columbus for bittering though. Best beer we've made. Definitely going to incorporate some parts of your recipe into the next iteration, or maybe just try yours as is.

Never looked for Conan at my LHBS, but I'll check it out.
