Since there seems to be a trend of debunking the negative for the positive here on HBT lately, figured I'd try my hand at it. Maybe I'll soften my image.
* The Nook. Maybe the kindle fire too, but I dont have one of those. I love my nook and I've read just about every book of the Dresden Files.. plus the battery life is impressive.
* Free refills on coffee... proving that America is still a civilized nation.
* People walking a pitbull and a small dog like a cocker spaniel on the same leash. How can that not make you smile?
* Women with Irish accents. Its absolute witchcraft. She'd have to have a face like a waffleiron to not be attractive with an Irish accent.
* Monsters Inc. Still a classic.
* Thunderstorms. Always liked them, just dont like being in a car during one.
* Sundresses and flip-flops. Not only do ladies in the summer look unbelievably cute in such attire but its practical and functional.
* Landships. Just saw a documentary the other day on people who are living in an almost completely sustainable fashion. My inner hippy smiles.
* Epic Lloyd.
* Farts. I'm 33 years old and farts are still very funny.
* Stock. I love the idea that stuff you would normally throw away can be boiled to make stock. I once proposed a stock-making party amongst friends, but my wife (and my friends) were dubious.
