I am begining to like uncarbonated beer

My Cooper drops have failed again. However I am begining to enjoy the uncarbonated beer.

Does anyone else like it?

It's called REAL ale and many people (www.camra.org.uk) enjoy it. For me, it's a leak in the CO2 system, which I'll figure out some day.

Put balloons over all of your Bev Out posts and see which ones inflate.

Actually, I think the leak is inside one of the secondary gages.

I don't really like over carbonated beer.
It's got an acidic taste to me.

I like a flater Ale.

My big pet peeve lately has been carbonation according to style. I hate buying a commercial beer that is so damn fizzy that nothing else about it is enjoyable. You think craft and micro brewers would put more emphasis on proper carbonation.

I too like a moderate carbonation, however I have two kegs that won't hold presure unless they are at close to ten pounds of presure. A real drag at times.

I've started carbing my beers at the low end of the range for each style. It seems to take a little longer for the bottles to carb up but I like it better.

I too find that appropriate carbonation is necessary to really highlight a beers flavour. As is the serving temperature.

I've found a real love for lower carbonation in beers. I was drinking nothing but home brew for a couple of months and the was offered a commercial brew at a party... what a disappointment. Where did all the flavor go? why was it so damn fizzy?... ahhh the joy of home brewing...
