Humfree Contactor vs SSR

I control with PID Controler.
Seller tell me, I can... But he is seller, can I trust?

I wouldn't. Contactors aren't meant to be switched on and off very fast. Stick with the SSR.

Common question. Contactors are for power shut-off (safety mainly) and SSRs are for controlling elements. Best to stick with the status quo on this one.
