huge chest freezer for food and beer?

I just got an 8.2 cu ft chest freezer off craigslist for 50 bucks and I might have a problem.

I want to use it to keg my beer, cold crash, AND store my meat. Im an avid hunter, and was hoping to tag 4-5 deer this year and fill half the freezer with them..

My problem now is that I think most chest freezers are set at 0 degrees... and i i turn it up into the 30s for my beer, my meat will thaw.

I guess i have to choose one or the other?
