How's my crush?

I bought a mill and have it set half way between 0.050" and 0.025". Here is the resulting crush. I BIAG so I believe it's ok to be a little floury.

I know it's too fine for my equipment but it may be fine in yours.

It looks ok. Stick a gift card between the rollers. It makes for a good gap without wondering if its set correct. Proven to work

It looks good for BIAB. Like many will say, its almost hard to get it too fine for BIAB.

Yep. I BIAB and that's about how fine I crush. I've had remarkably high efficiencies. 85%+

Do you full volume mash or leave some water to sparge?

Do you full volume mash or leave some water to sparge?

I buy five gallons of reverse osmosis water, and put all five gallons in the mash. I sparge with hot tap water, which brings my boil volume up to about 6.5~7 gallons, which I end up boiling back down to about 5.5.
