Hi all. I've been brewing with some buddies for some time now, and just decided to get a setup of my own. I've got a new DIY 3-tier set up with a 10 gallon kettle, 10 gallon tun and 7.5 gallon hot liquor tank. In my looking about on the nets, this place kept popping up from time to time on my searches, so I figured I'd register and give it a shot.

I am rather new to brewing as well. This place ROCKS! I have learned so much here and don't feel like a total idiot asking questions. There are lots of very knowledgeable brewers here.
