Hello all-been home brewing off and on for along time but have really gotten into it bigtime in the last three years. Been doing extract kits and recipes from books but I think its time to branch out. I"m comfortable with my process and cleaning methods, so the next step is better equipment starting with a new kettle, and maybe giving partial mash a try. Let the fun begin!
